St. Louis-based Lutheran Elementary School Association (LESA) presents the 4th Annual “Brew in the Lou” - Saturday, October 15, 2016 from 1 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Francis Park's The Lilly Pond, 5399 Donovan, St. Louis, MO 63109. “Brew in the Lou” will showcase St. Louis’ best beer, wine, spirits, coffee and good eats. Proceeds benefit the 8,500 students served by the Lutheran Elementary School Association. Festivities include the Deutschmeister German Brass Band and other live entertainment, arts and craft vendors, the “People’s Choice” Home Brew Contest, Bratwurst and Chili competitions. KTVI/KPLR’s Jeff Bernthal will serve as the Event Emcee. Vendors will be on-site conducting product sampling and selling their wares. Wristbands are $40 in advance and $50 the day of the event, and include tastings for beer, home brew, spirits, wine and coffee; delicious food samples from many restaurants such as LeGrands Market, Gobble Stop Smokehouse and Vernon's BBQ and Catering; and a commemorative glass.
