Season the Bacon
Then sprinkle brown sugar on your bacon. Add butter and apple juice or cider to the aluminum boat, and close the top. Cook at 225 for 2 hours, allowing the steam to fully cook your ribs, and allow the bacon fat to keep the tops of the ribs nice and moist.
