Catfish Hunter Posted November 22, 2016 Report Share Posted November 22, 2016 Hmm.... 96% of all health dept inspections resulted in "A" grade rating, even when roaches were found in the kitchen in Delmar Chop Suey. They didn't hit on any bigger restaurants in the story, just the two asian resaturants. Wow, the health dept Grade Rating is interesting: A 100 - 85 B 84 - 71 C 70 - and below Kind of makes you think twice.... Fish Heads Posted December 2, 2016 Report Share Posted December 2, 2016 Sometimes you can get a glance into a kitchen, but for the most part, I agree with Catfish, I'd think that well established restaurants would have pretty good kitchen set ups and policies.
